Many flying enthusiasts and aspirants have concerns about the Private Pilot License (PPL) and the process of earning it. ‘How to acquire a PPL in India?’, ‘How many flying hours (flying training) is required to become eligible to apply for a PPL?’, and ‘How much money does it cost to earn a PPL?’ are some of the repeatedly asked questions.
Aviation enthusiasts, hobby fliers, or anyone with access to a personal aircraft will benefit from the Private Pilot Training course. The Private Pilot License training programme provides cadets with the essential skills and knowledge to qualify for Commercial Pilot Training. Unlike the Commercial Pilot’s licence, the 10+2 certificate is not required for Private Pilot License instruction. For the PPL, a high school diploma is sufficient.
The Private Pilot Licence is a six- to eight months certificate programme. Fundamentals of Flight, CheckRide Preparation, Traffic Patterns, Discovering Aviation, Emergency Procedures, and other topics are addressed extensively over the Private Pilot License course duration to provide detailed information on the subject.
The Purpose of a Private Pilot License:
